This policy covers the Rallyvo website (www.rallyvo.in) and the Rallyvo application (app.rallyvo.in and the Rallyvo mobile app), which organizers, players and umpires use to run and take part in court-sports tournaments.
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
- Tournament participation — the events you register for, your partner or team for doubles, and your registration status.
- Tournament information from organizers — tournament and event details, venue, schedules, prizes, rules, and the entry-fee payment details (such as a UPI ID or bank account) an organizer chooses to publish for their participants.
- Match data — draws, schedules, scores and results recorded by organizers and umpires.
How information is used
- To provide your account and sign you in.
- To let organizers run their tournaments: manage entries, build draws, schedule matches and record results.
- To show players their registrations, draws, schedules and results, and to show umpires their assigned matches.
- To send account emails you ask for, such as a password reset link.
- To keep the service secure and working correctly.
We do not sell your personal information.
What is visible to others
Tournament pages are public so players can find and follow them. That includes tournament and event details, draws, match schedules and results, which show participant and team names. Organizers of a tournament can see the registration details of the people who entered it. Contact details and payment information you enter in your account are not shown on public pages.
Payments
Rallyvo does not process payments today. Entry fees are paid directly to the tournament organizer using the payment details they publish, and Rallyvo does not receive or hold that money.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The Rallyvo application uses a secure sign-in cookie to keep you signed in; it is not used for tracking.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep account and tournament information while your account is active and as needed to keep tournament results accurate for the other people who played in them. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information — see the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
