Rallyvo plans
Rallyvo is currently free. There are no subscription charges, so there is nothing to refund for using Rallyvo. A Pro plan is coming soon; its refund and cancellation terms will be published here before it can be purchased.
Tournament entry fees
Entry fees are paid directly to the tournament organizer using the payment details they publish. Rallyvo does not collect, hold or transfer entry fees, and cannot issue refunds for them.
- Each organizer sets their own refund policy for entry fees.
- For a refund, contact the organizer of that tournament directly.
Cancelled tournaments and events
Organizers can cancel a tournament or an individual event in Rallyvo, and its status updates for everyone registered. Any refund of entry fees for a cancelled tournament or event is handled by the organizer.
Withdrawing from an event
If you can no longer play, let the organizer know as early as possible so they can update the draw. Whether any fee is returned is the organizer’s decision.
