These terms apply when you use the Rallyvo website or the Rallyvo application. By creating an account or using Rallyvo, you agree to them.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Organizers
- You are responsible for the tournaments you create — their details, events, entry fees, prizes, rules, schedules and how they are run on the day.
- Entry fees are paid directly to you, not to Rallyvo. You are responsible for collecting them, for any refunds, and for awarding the prizes you announce.
- Only publish payment details and information you have the right to share.
Players and umpires
- Registering for an event is a request to the organizer, who confirms entries.
- Umpires should record scores accurately and correct mistakes promptly.
- Tournament rules, eligibility and conduct on court are set by the organizer.
Plans
Rallyvo is free to start. The Free plan currently includes 2 new tournaments per calendar month for each organizer; participants and umpires are free. A Pro plan is coming soon — its price and terms will be published before it can be purchased. See Refund & Cancellation.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse Rallyvo, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service.
- Do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights.
We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms.
Availability
We work to keep Rallyvo reliable, but the service is provided as it is and may occasionally be unavailable or change as we improve it.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Rallyvo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
